I'm Cynthia Merritt and I am a Real Estate Broker. I've been a real estate professional for 21 years in the state of Georgia as well as having a background as a Corporate Training Consultant.
In 2001, I was laid off from corporate America which led me to take the leap into real estate and I have never looked back. I have a passion to help others find the perfect property for their needs. In addition, I can assist with credit & financial consultation.
I look forward to a successful experience with buyers and sellers and my goal is to create the perfect experience for all of my clients. I like to think that I've got the Midas touch and everything I touch turns to SOLD!
